By accessing or using our alumni portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership to the SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR Alumni Network is available to:

  • All graduates who have completed their degrees from SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR
  • Former faculty members who have served the university for a minimum period of two years
  • Current faculty members may be granted special access upon approval

The university administration reserves the right to verify your alumni status before approving membership.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When creating an account on our alumni portal, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and not share access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Code of Conduct

As a member of the SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR Alumni Network, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

  • Respect the rights and dignity of other alumni, faculty, and staff
  • Do not post content that is discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or harassing
  • Do not use the network for political campaigning, religious proselytizing, or unauthorized commercial activities
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the normal functioning of the website or network
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the university and other users

Violation of these standards may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

By posting content on the SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR Alumni Network, you:

  • Retain ownership of your original content
  • Grant the university a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content on the network and in promotional materials

SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR reserves the right to:

11. Termination

SRM University Sonepat Delhi-NCR may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Alumni Network immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Alumni Network will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Alumni Network shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
